Office Manager 

Office Manager Position Information:
Location:  near Gresham,  Oregon, USA.

The part-time Office Manager will support the District’s General Manager, Board of Directors and field operations staff with general office, administrative, and human resources tasks.  Will perform customer service, customer account management, bookkeeping and emergency support roles during scheduled office hours and supplemental hours as the workload requires. Maintain a personal remote office in proximity to the District.

Schedule:  16 to 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Salary Range:  $30 to $40 per hour based on qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a personal office within 15 miles of Barlow High School.

Lusted Water District is a small public water utility and an independent agency of local government in the State of Oregon, USA.  The District provides potable water to population of approximately 1500 residents and 400 retail connections, including Barlow High School.  The District has a staff of 4, including a general manager, office manager, water system operator and an assistant operator.  The District serves a 4-square mile area immediately east of the City of Gresham, Oregon.  The District does not maintain a public office location.
